Server Logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 801, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) automatically records technical access data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security and performance purposes and is not linked to your identity.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for fulfilling a (pre-)contractual obligation (responding to your inquiry)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (server logs)

Contact inquiries are retained for up to 6 months unless an ongoing business relationship is established, in which case data is kept for the duration of that relationship and any applicable statutory retention periods (up to 10 years for commercial records under German HGB).
